All orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. During this window, you can contact us freely to modify or cancel your order. After 24 hours, your belt moves into custom production, at which point cancellations are no longer possible due to the handmade and personalized nature of our products.
Each belt is custom-built specifically for you — with your chosen design, size, engraving, and layout. As a result, we are unable to pause or reverse production once it begins.

All of our belts are handmade to order by expert artisans in Sialkot, Pakistan. Our production process includes engraving, polishing, painting, strapping, and quality checks, all done by hand.
Production timelines vary based on the complexity of the design, but generally take:
10 to 25 business days

Once production is complete, your order is shipped out with tracking. Typical delivery times:
6 to 7 business days after dispatch
You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your belt leaves our facility.

While we strive for accurate delivery estimates, external factors may occasionally cause delays. These include:
National or religious holidays
Customs clearance procedures
Political unrest or weather disruptions
We actively monitor shipments and will notify you immediately if any delays arise.
📦 Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery — but only for:
Non-customized, unused items
Products in original packaging and condition
Please note: Custom-made belts, personalized nameplates, or engraved items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Every customized belt is made exclusively for the individual who placed the order and therefore cannot be resold.
If there is a production error or damage in transit, contact us immediately for resolution.
