Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging, with proof of purchase.

Custom-made belts and personalized items (including custom side plates) are non-returnable and non-exchangeable due to their made-to-order nature.
Sale items and gift cards are also final sale and cannot be returned.
If your request is approved, we will provide the return shipping address and step-by-step instructions.
Do not ship any items back without prior authorizationāunauthorized returns will not be accepted.
