🔁 Return & Exchange Policy

We offer a 14-day return and exchange policy for eligible products. If you’re not satisfied with your order, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your item.

✅ Eligible Items

• Only routine (non-custom) products are eligible for return or exchange.
• Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging, with proof of purchase.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

• Custom-made belts and personalized items (including custom side plates) are non-returnable and non-exchangeable due to their made-to-order nature.
• Sale items and gift cards are also final sale and cannot be returned.

📦 Return Process

1. To initiate a return or exchange, contact us at customchampionshipbelts2024@gmail.com.
2. If your request is approved, we will provide the return shipping address and step-by-step instructions.
3. Do not ship any items back without prior authorization—unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

🔍 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately with photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.

🔄 Exchanges

If you need a different item, you can request a return (if eligible) and place a new order once the return is approved.

💳 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
